Before working at heights, it is important to know how to properly identify potential hazards and select the appropriate means to protect yourself. This fall protection user course focuses on teaching the concepts needed to ensure that anyone working at heights can think critically about the task at hand and make the best decision for the current situation.

Booking & Cancellation Policy We’re committed to delivering exceptional safety training experiences. To help us manage course logistics and ensure fairness to all participants, please review the following booking and cancellation terms before registering. Booking Terms A participant’s spot in the course is not considered reserved until full payment is received via eTransfer. Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent, securing your registration. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while respecting the time and resources involved in course preparation: Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before the Course Start Time: You are eligible for a full refund, including the cost of any course materials. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Course Start Time: You will receive a refund for the course materials only. The instructional portion of the course fee is non-refundable, due to scheduling and preparation commitments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email as soon as possible to initiate the process.
